We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our services, including:

• Contact data (name, email) upon registration
• Health data you enter into the app yourself
• Payment data processed via Stripe
• Technical usage data (IP address, device information)

3. Purpose of Processing

• Providing and improving our app services
• Processing payments and subscriptions
• Communicating with you (support, important notices)
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations), and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). For health data: Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent).

5. Payment Processing – Stripe

We use Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted encrypted (TLS/HTTPS) and stored encrypted (AES-256). Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Retention Period

Data is retained as long as your account is active or needed for contract fulfillment. After cancellation you may export your data; on request all data will be deleted.
