Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between PrimeTimeDental GmbH, Paderborner Str. 37, 33415 Verl (the "Provider") and users of the "Gesundheit Plus" app.
2. Subject Matter
The Provider offers a digital health app as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for personal health management. The app does not replace professional medical advice or treatment.
3. Subscription & Pricing
- Monthly: €0.99 per month
- Yearly: €9.99 per year
All prices include applicable VAT. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancel via app settings or by emailing sales@primetimedental.de.
6. Liability
The Provider shall not be liable for damages from app use unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. The app does not replace professional medical advice.
7. Privacy

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by German law. Jurisdiction is Gütersloh, Germany.
